Translation:
[ - - - ] exporting [ - - - ] parts the prosecutor (?) [ - - - ] the Karthaeans have decreed (?) [ - - - summon the Athenian to hospitality at the] prytaneion. In order that [ - - - ] has been written [ - - - ] are to take care [ - - - whatever] good they can [ὅτι] ἂν δύνωνται ἀγαθὸν) [ - - - ]
Theogenes proposed: be it resolved by the council [and people of the Koresians: with regard to what those from the] Athenians [say], the ex[port] of ruddle (τῆς μίλτου τὴν ἐξ[αγωγὴν]) shall be [to Athens - - - ] as it was previously ([κ]αθάπερ πρότερον ἦν). And so that (ὅπως) the decrees [that were made previously by the Athenians] and Koresians about ruddle ([τ]ὰ ψηφίσματα [τὰ πρότερον γεγενημένα Ἀθηναίων κ]αὶ Κορησίων τὰ περὶ τῆς μίλτου) shall be valid (κύρια), it is to be exported in a vessel (ἐξάγειν ἐμ πλοίωι) that [the Athenians single out] and in no [other] vessel (ὧι [ἂν Ἀθηναῖοι ἀποδείξωσιν, ἐν ἄλλωι] δὲ πλοίωι μηδενί), and those who work it ([τοὺ]ς ἐργαζομένους) are to pay [to the shipowners] as a shipping-charge a fee of one obol [per talent] (ναῦλλον ... τελεῖν ὀβολὸν τοῦ [ταλάντου ἑκάστου τοῖς ναυκλήροις]). If anyone exports it in another vessel (ἐὰν δέ τις ἐν ἄλλωι πλοίωι ἐξάγ[ηι]), [he is to be liable - - - ]. Write up this decree on a stone stele and [ - - - ] of Apollo, and the law [shall be valid] as it was previously (καὶ τὸν νόμον καθάπερ πρότερον εἶχ[ε κύριον εἶναι]) [ - - - The indictment is to be] to the astynomoi ([τὴν δὲ ἔνδειξιν εἶν]αι πρὸς τοὺς ἀστυνόμους), and the astynomoi are to give [the vote about it] to the court [within thirty] days (τοὺς δὲ ἀστυνόμους δοῦνα[ι τὴν ψῆφον περὶ αὐτῆς τριάκοντα ἡ]μερῶν εἰς τὸ δικαστήριον). To the man who makes the denunciation (φήναντι) or indictment (ἐνδείξαντ[ι]) [ - - - ] of the halves. If who brings the indictment is a slave (ἐὰν δὲ δοῦλος ἦι ὁ ἐνδείξας), if [he is slave] of the exporters (ἐὰμ μὲν τῶν ἐξαγόν[των ἦι]), let him [be free and] receive a [third]; if he is of someone else (ἐὰν δὲ ἄλλου τινὸς ἦι), let him be free [and - - - ] Whoever makes the denunciation or indictment is also to have right of appeal to Athens ([εἶν]αι [δὲ] καὶ ἔφεσιν Ἀθήναζε καὶ τῶι φήναντι καὶ τῶι ἐνδεί[ξαντι]). [If] the Athenians [pass any other decree] about the security of the ruddle (ἐὰν δέ τι ἄλλο ψηφίζωνται Ἀθηναῖοι περὶ φυλακῆς τῆς μίλτου), [the decree] is to be valid once received (κύρια εἶναι κατακομι[σθέντα τὰ ἐψηφισμένα]). The [producers] are to pay the fiftieth tax to the collectors of the fiftieth tax ([τε]λεῖν δὲ τὴμ πεντηκοστὴν τοῖς πεντηκοστολόγοις τοὺς ἐ[ργαζομένους]). Also [invite] the Athenians to hospitality (ἐπὶ ξένια) at the prytaneion tomorrow.
Be it resolved by the council and people of the Iulietans: with regard to [what those from the Athenians say, it has been resolved] by the council and people of the Iulietans that the [export of ruddle] shall be [to Athens] and nowhere else (ἄλλοσε δὲ μηδαμῆι) from this day (ἀπὸ τῆσδε τῆς ἡμέρας). If [there is any export elsewhere] (ἐὰν δέ τι[ς ἄλλοσε ἐξάγηι]), the vessel and the property in the vessel [are to be public] ([δημόσια εἶναι τ]ὸ πλοῖον καὶ τὰ χρήματα τὰ ἐν τῶι πλοίωι). Half to go to the person who makes the denunciation [or indictment] (τῶι δὲ φήν[αντι ἢ ἐνδείξαντι εἶναι τὰ ἡ]μίσεα). If the informant is a slave (ἐὰν δὲ δοῦλος ἦι ὁ μηνύσας), let him be free [and - - - ] have a [ - - - ] share of the [money] ([τῶν χρημ]άτων μετέστω αὐτῶι). Whoever exports ruddle from Keos (τὸν ... ἐξάγοντα ἐκ Κέω μίλτον) is to ex[port in a vessel that the Athenians] single out. If anyone exports in any other vessel, he [is to be] liable (ἔνοχον) [ - - - ] If the Athenians pass any other decree about the security of the ruddle [ - - - ] what the Athenians decree (ἃ ἂν Ἀθηναῖοι ψηφίζωνται) [is to be valid]. There is to be exemption from taxes (ἀτέλειαν) [ - - - ] from the month Hermaion. Invite the [Athenian to hospitality in the prytaneion]. Indictment at Athens is to be to the [Eleven] (τὴν δὲ ἔνδειξιν εἶναι Ἀθήνησι μὲν πρὸς τοὺς [ἕνδεκα]), [in Iulis those responsible for introducing the case are to be] the prostatai ([ἐν Ἰουλίδι δὲ εἰσαγωγέας εἶν]αι τοὺς προστάτας). All who are adjudged to be exporting [contrary to the law] (ὁπόσοι δ’ ἂν δόξωσιν ἐξάγειν [παρὰ τὸν νόμον]), half [their property] is to belong to the people of the Iulietans ([τῶν χρημάτων τὰ μὲν ἡ]μίσεα εἶναι τοῦ δήμου τοῦ Ἰολιητῶν) and half [to the person making the denunciation] (τὰ δ’ ἡμίσεα [τοῦ φήναντος]). The council [is to write up this] decree and place it at the harbour.
